Please plan to attend this important meeting, which is being held one week earlier than usual this year, due to Lilli’s farewell party on June 10. Items on the agenda will include:

• voting on the slates for Ministerial Search Committee, Standing Committee, and officers of the church
• approving by-laws changes and the FY 2013 budget
• updates on the ministerial transition
• plans for improvements to the church facility.

All friends of the church are welcome to attend the meeting; only those who have signed the membership book are eligible to cast a vote.

Documents pertaining to the meeting are available on the church website. To access them, you must be a registered user and sign in on the Members’ Room page.

The meeting will begin after a brief potluck coffee hour. ***Please bring sandwiches, wraps and other finger food, ready to serve, that doesn’t require heating.

Committees: please prepare a written annual report, which will be shared with the congregation at the meeting.
