Meditation Session

The meditation group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7 p.m. in the parish hall parlor.  We read a short poem and then share silent meditation time together for about 25 minutes.  All are welcome to drop in.

Summer Vespers

The theme of our final vespers service of the summer will be "Theodore Parker Acts:  His Fugitive Slave Act Resistance." Julie McVay will share this exciting period in Boston's history through the eyes of Rev. Theodore Parker and his secretary, Hannah Stevenson. We'll end with a birthday cake to celebrate Teddy's 157th birthday (August 24, 1810).

The Theodore Parker Singers, led by Music Director Michael Johnson, welcomes new and returning singers to the first rehearsal of the church year. We don't have auditions, but some group singing experience and ability to read music are helpful.
