On Sunday, May 7, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. we will host a New Family Orientation Breakfast. Families who have come once or many times are invited to join us to learn more about Theodore Parker Church and our Religious Exploration Program.
The Religious Exploration program will lead the congregation in a food drive for Rose's Bounty, the food pantry at the Stratford Street Church. Please bring any non-perishable items to the service that day. Most needed are: canned tuna, pasta sauce, rice, beans (canned or dry), and canned vegetables (corn and beans in particular).
Brenda Rogers will lead a special meditation evening at Theodore Parker Church. Brenda has been practicing mindfulness meditation in the Buddhist Vipassana tradition for 12 years and is trained as a teacher in both MBSR (Mindfulness Based Meditation) and MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion).
