The church will host its first-ever fall celebration for the greater West Roxbury community on Saturday, October 5 from 10 am to noon. We’ll be selling apples, pumpkins and baked goods and offering face-painting for kids. The festival aligns with a city-wide project called “Play Me, I’m Yours” sponsored b the Celebrity Series of Boston. The series has selected our corner (Centre and Corey streets) as one of 75 festival sites to host one of the artfully decorated pianos that have taken up residence in the streets and parks of Boston through October 14. The Celebrity Series has offered to send a pianist to play for the Harvest Festival. Stop by and play a tune — all are welcome, no talent required!
